Our new women's facility is complete with a full line of women's Nautilus equipment and free weights that are smaller and easier for women to use. With 7 Lifestride treadmills from Lifefitness, 6 Stairmasters, over a dozen upright and recumbent bikes, and the new Body Trek from Reebok, there is plenty of equipment to suit everyone's cardiovascular needs!
